Faith Music Missions is here to help with your support related questions


Faith Music will offer a full refund for any physical CD purchase made within 90 days of receipt. Customers call call or email Faith Music Missions to request a refund at any time. 


Customers requesting to return purchases in exchange for credit or refund should first contact Faith Music Missions directly to receive an RMA number. Returns sent directly to the office without gathering authorization first may not be honored.

Faith Music Missions strives to ship purchases within 3 business days of order using the shipping method selected. If any delay or change to shipping method is required, Faith Music Missions will reach out directly to the customer to approve these changes. 



Orders usually are fulfilled within 3 days of submission. Customers who request cancellation of their order prior to shipment will have their order voided and a full refund will be issued. Customers who wish to cancel post shipment will need to follow our Return policy stated above.
